From the welcoming staff to the comfort of the clean, spacious rooms, every moment was delightful. The breakfast selection was abundant, setting me up perfectly for the day ahead. Located conveniently close to public transport and iconic spots, it couldn't be better. A great choice for both sightseeing and relaxation. I can't recommend this enough!

A birthday surprise in Berlin

I had a delightful birthday stay at ibis Berlin City Potsdamer Platz. The staff surprised me during breakfast with a muffin and Prosecco, which truly made my day special. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions, and the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere.

However, upon arrival, I found the check-in slightly disorganized, as I wasn't informed about the breakfast and check-out times. Also, noise from the street was occasionally disruptive, which affected my sleep. I wish the parking situation was better organized.

Had a lovely time enjoying the delicious breakfast options, especially those tasty waffles I got to make myself! The gym and bike rental really helped me relax and explore the area. The only small issue was the room felt a bit snug, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

The location was decent, with both metro and local restaurants nearby.

This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, excellent wi-fi, and luggage storage. Staff once helped me choose the best taxi. They even accommodated my late luggage on my last day. I’ll be back for my next business trip.
